Castillo de Arena is the largest and most established community in that area of the East Cape. The community has many full time and part time residents and builders can be recommended to build your home. Potable water is piped to every lot. The community has Pickle Ball courts, Bocce ball courts and a very well equipped Pottery Studio for residents use. There are miles of beaches with swimming and surfing areas, as well as surf fishing and exploring.
