The time to complete a new home is approximately 9 months from contract signing. Payment terms are as follows: - $5000 initial escrow deposit required to reserve the property. Client must then sign a promissory contract for the construction. - If home is past obra negra stage, a 50% first payment is due at promissory contract signing. 40% second payment due when doors and windows are installed. Final 10% payment due when transfer of title is ready to be completed. - If home is 90% complete (doors and windows are installed), a 70% first payment is due at promissory contract signing. Final 30% payment due when transfer of title is ready to be completed. Water to these lots is provided using the same infrastructure as the neighboring community Villas del Centenario.
