The Auberge Residence Ownership Program provides owners with exclusive privileges, including full access to Esperanza Resort and its world-class amenities, preferred owners' discounts, short-notice booking opportunities, and reciprocity benefits across other destinations. Each owner acquires a 1/8th undivided interest in a condominium villa and signs a Master Use Agreement that integrates their residence into the overall Membership Program. Ownership operates under a fair annual selection process, granting access to both two- and three-bedroom villas.
